Juxtaposing the two, Carney reads: "The European and Canadian middle powers don't need the US." Zelenskyy: "To do what? And when?" And to think the Europeans gave Zelenskyy a standing ovation.

Exactly. Because Davos isn’t about listening. It’s about signaling. So Carney signaled and Zelensky was actually ignored.
