I like the list, but number 9 (outlaw the BDS movement) seems problematic from a first amendment perspective. But perhaps the article will explain.
You are right that it appears complex on its face, but actually there are laws regarding boycotts at both the state and federal level that already exist. Some require amendment to address BDS, but some are actually *about* BDS.
