It's disturbing that 40 years ago Biden was claiming that the Soviet Union was the unbeatable foe and we needed to accommodate them.. Reagan proved him wrong then. Today Biden has the same fear of escalation with weak foes. Strength can be portrayed to the world without tyranny here at home, but sometimes it takes the proven wisdom of the past.
